Coconut/light pineapple, soy sauce, rice, and alcohol aroma. Clear very pale yellow. Moderately sweet coconut/pineapple, light rice malt, and moderately bitter alcohol flavor. Okay body. Nice fruity sake.

At Wudon Noodle Bar in Glasgow. Served hot. Clear. Smell is milky and almost possety. Tastes strong and lightly bittersweet with a backdrop of gardenia. Not bad but certainly not eye popping. Not that I'm an expert but tastes a bit on the artificial side.

Pineapple, coconut, rice, and yeast aroma - very nice. Opaque white. Moderately sweet tropical fruit, rice, and mildly bitter grass flavor. Moderately strong bitter alcohol flavor. Excellent.

Thanks to Simon for sharing! Typical melon-like alcoholic smooth nose. Neutral smooth fruity nose. Very smooth mild, fresh melon with a smooth and mild but a bit neutral body. Easy to drink with a fruity mild aftertaste. Not too bad.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Clear water like color. Aroma is sweet, rice and alcohol. Flavor is quite sweet. Dry finish with lots of alcohol. 270315

A- Clear color, clear liquid, no head.
T- Alcohol, sweet, apples, melons, fruity.
P- Light body, dry texture, average carbonation, crisp finish.
O- Tried this both hot and chilled. Both were decent but I did prefer it hot. Slight and subtle green apple and honeydew tones, but otherwise not a lot coming through.

On way to The Jeffrey stopped for a little sushi and grabbed this. Pours clear with light nose of melon. Tastes of honey dew, peaches, vanilla, pineapple, and fresh cut wood. Thin bodied and not quite as smooth as good daiginjo.
