Sehr schöne in blassem Gelbton gehaltene Flasche (14). Wenn das Bier daneben steht (12), sind die Farben fast identisch! ;-) [ist mir sonst noch bei keinem Bier so extrem aufgefallen] Der Schaum ist sehr schön feinporig und die Blume hält sehr lange. Der Antrunk (13) ist sehr schön aromatisch, schmeckt schon von Beginn an schön hefig-süffig. Im Hauptteil (13) stößt eine schöne säuerliche Note dazu, die dem ganzen Bier einen frischen Ton gibt. Der Nachgeschmack (11) ist "mittellang" und schön süßlich-hefig-süffig, aber einen kleinen Tick zu wässrig.
Wie ich finde ein insgesamt sehr schönes Weizen.
