Bottle @ Fonefan/Brugmansia Tasting, June 2010. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy white head. Nose is yeast and citrus with a whiff of wheat and coriander. Tart and rubbery banana flavor. Medium to watery palate.

Bottle, 5.0%. OK banana aroma, a bit of rough hops. Cloudy yellow colour. Stable white head. Sparkling. Nicely sweet flavour, some white bread and banana. OK balanced.

Bottled. Hazy orangeish golden colour, mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is wheat, herbs, spices, some banana and mild caramelly notes. Flavour is wheat, fruits, banana, some mild herbs, spices and yeast. Mild spicy and wooden aftertaste.

Bottle: Golden, a bit unclear, stable lacy white head; sweetish grainy-malty nose with a dash of aromatic "woody" hops in the background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, soft, light to medium bodied; slightly lingering bitter and sweet-malty finish. Good, moreish franconian quality.......

Bottle. Chocolate malt aroma. Dark orange-brown color with nice off-white head. Lightly sweet brown sugar malt and bitter hay hops flavor. Nicely quaffable.

Bottle. An almost clear beer, pale golden in color with some micro-floaties. A small white head sits on top, and leaves some lacings. Grainy nose with a good dash of dms and some diacetyl. Medium body fullness, quite dry. Grainy and fruity flavor with a hint of dms. Good bitterness that follows you until the very end. I’m not very fond of the aroma here, but the flavor is quite decent. 100522

(bottle) Hazy, light-amber colour colour with a big and blond foamy head. Slightly sweet and yeasty cara-malty aroma with citrus-fruity and slightly herbal aroma-hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Hearty cara-malty taste with notes of biscuits and shy herbal elementsM medium-dry, malt-accented sweet and shy bitter finish. A tad sweet but nevertheless a pleasant Franconian Lager. 10.V.10

Clear amber with a medium beige head. Aroma had roasted malt, caramel and grassy hops. Sweet flavour with roasted malt, caramel and grassy hops. Finished dry.
