Sampled from a bottle this sake poured a very pale yellow color. The aroma was rice, fusel and solvent. The flavor was sweet with rice and vodka notes. Long rice finish. Medium body. Disappointing.

Sampled from a bottle this sake poured clear and thin. The aroma was dry, rice and fusel. The flavor was semi sweet with cooked rice and vodka notes. Medium finish. Medium body and smooth. Very mild.

Clear water colored with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy rice, ruff, alcohol, soft rice. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average duration, soft rice, fruity, alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. Dry grass and rice malt aroma. Clear - just a hint of yellow. Sweet creamy rice malt, alcohol, and grass flavor. Nice body. Pleasant.

Bottle at Craig’s. He says its the right one! Pours clear with no head. Aromas of light pineapple, oily coconut. Taste is hot, rice wine. Boozy finish.

375ml bottle at Rice in DC. Poured a completely cloudy, white color. Snow Beauty makes a lot of sense. Served slightly cool. Aroma was light alcohol notes, some light rice. Flavor of slightly sweet alcohol, very neutral. Some light milky, notes.

300 ml cup. Lightly spicy nose, rice, canned pears. A bit sweet and fruity, umami, straight forward junmai with a somewhat full body. Ok, but nothing special from this big industrial brewer.
