From my sake backlog. 180 ml bottle served hot at Oyisi Running Sushi & Wok, Aabenraa. Clear slightly oily body with no head. Mild, floral and spicy aroma with hint of rice and vinous alcohol. Flavor is mild, floral, spicy yeast and warming vinous, almost similar to dry fruit, but not right there. Medium body and decent aftertaste. Mild and quite nice for the meal.

200ml bottle from Tradewinds Oriental Shop. Almost clear very pale yellow colour, no head and aroma of rice, musty peach. Taste is rice, melon with fleshy white peach notes, sweetish, and then spicy, grassy, earthy, booze. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, boozey at the finish with alittle lingering sweetness. OK

Bottle shared with Erzengel! A almost colourless, Sake. Aroma of medium sweet yellow fruits, mellow, sugar. Taste of medium sweet yellow fruits, rice, mellow, slightly boozy.

500ml bottle, bought in Luxembourg. Sweetish mild beginning. Hints of alcohol, sweetish grainy rice. Sticky sweetish in the aftertaste. Sessionable but a bit sweetish.

This sake poured a pale yellow gold color. The aroma was black pepper, mild hot pepper and rice. The flavor was grain, rice and a hint of pepper. Long finish that turns dry. Medium body. Ok.
