Color transparente aromas a menta, sabor seco con notas a alcohol, cuerpo ligero.

Bottle at home my 5th infused rating so figured make it a high end one. Pours light pink like seriously diluted cranberry juice. Nose is fine sake rice, melon, amd faint plum. There is no sugar added to this like most Umeshu which I appreciate since I dislike syrupy fruit sugar bombs. Tastes of actual plums perhaps not quite ripe, also some honey dew, rice, cranberry. Lingering fruit on the lips. No alcohol presence.

bottle at home ... with Jesper ... quite a yellow hint ... big floral jasmine rice nose ... incredibly sweet for a sake front ... again floral rice ... little coconut husk in linger ... reasonable open alcoholness... quite tasty ... quite ba lot of pineappple in linger
