Bottle at Brew Wild BCN. Pours mostly clear deep gold with a sturdy, frothy white topping. Light-medium sweet with lightly toasted pale malts, nips of graham cracker, pine, orange rind, a little earthy hop. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, soft piney resin, more lightly toasted malts, pale grains. Lovely old-school stuff.

Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, swet malt, light toasted - roasted, moderate hoppy, grapefruit, fruity hops, light wwod - grapefruit - licorice hops, light celery. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, dark malt, sweet malt, grapefruit - fruity hops, celery, hops bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. On tap at Brew Wild Pizza Bar, pours a clear dull yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out herbal notes, earthy mustiness, and sweet biscuity malt. Flavour is lightly sweet, with biscuity malt, doughy notes, and straw. Earthy, doughy, and straw-like with plenty of biscuity sweetness. Pleasant stuff.
