Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, dark brown with a reddish hue and a very lively and frothy beige head that only slowly dissipates leaving a lacework as it does. Distinct smokey note at first sniff, and already on the second you get the chili. Medium body, carbonation a bit to the high side for my liking, but it can be hard to control in chili beers. Again: smoke, chili and then subtle roast. A little pleasant bite appears late, making the chili feels present but not overwhelming. Not my thing at all, but nicely made. 070120

Dorée paille assez trouble, col blanc épais et crémeux.
Arôme au nez dank houblonné, fruité est herbacé sur de belles notes tropicales.
Palais reste léger, houblonné à souhait, effet neipa plaisant snas être surfait, fruité tropical - ananas, pointe de levure, pine sap, qcq éléments neipa.

Sampled from the tap at Bodega Fermin. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has onion and citrus rind with a spritz of sweet citrus and sweet grains backing. Flavor has dry citrus and citrus rind with a thin grain finish.
