On tap at the brewpub, as Kulturbryg. It’s a clear, copper-colored beer with a finger-thick off-white head that diminishes rather quickly. The aroma is fruity, with caramel. Quite evident hops, maybe a bit too much for the style. Bready malts, caramel and fruits in the flavor, some sugary notes. Medium body, pleasant carbonation. The finish is caramel-fruity with a pleasant bitterness. An easy drinkable beer, but far from exciting. Not that the style itself is very exciting. 100330

500 ml bottle. Slightly hazy golden body with a big off-white head. Moderate aroma of grain, hay, some fruit, yeast and some spices. There is actually a hint of soap in the aroma without necessary saying that’s negative. Flavor is relatively light, refreshing and balanced. Grain, hay, fruit, yeast, spices and hops. Not outstanding, but a nice thirst-quencher with a light flavor.
