Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass better, zippy, nice head. Starts spicy and strong, well balanced, modest sourish, some lemon notes. Finish still spicy, quite drinkable. I liked it!

Würzig süß-herber Antrunk. Im Mittelteil vorerst milder, die Würzigkeit nimmt ab, die Herbe dafür deutlich zu. Die Malzigkeit wird im Abgang erhöht, da die Süße glücklicherweise zurückbleibt wird das Bier kernig würzig und so, wie ich mir eine Bock vorstelle. Wirklich konsequent scheint dieses Aroma dann aber nicht zu sein da die Herbe weiter zunimmt und das gute Aromenverhältnis zunichte macht. Kein besonderes Bock aber immerhin in Ordnung. 11/10/9/9/9/9

Bottle looks very simple, almost like a cheap beer. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, yeasty fruity like apricot. Some spicy notes. Finish more sourish, a bit moldy. Dry aftertaste. Not the best hefeweizen I had.

The color and the Etiekett are not the strongest points of this beer, quite the opposite. Slightly sour taste, the aftertaste is rather weak. Average wheat

Flasche vom Landbierdealer Hof. Hazy amber-golden colour, large off-white head. Malty, hints of caramel, slightly fruity in the finish. Shy, but pleasant hop flavours throughout. Good one.

(bottle) Clear, dark brown colour with a ruby shine and a beige and firm mid-sized foamy head. Sweet roast-malty aroma with notes of bread crusts, caramel and a tinge of molasses. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to full bodied with a moderate carbonation. Roasty malty and slightly molassy taste with caramel and shades of bittering hops towards the otherwise malt-accented and roasty finish with traces of metal. Not too sweet thus likeable DB, all in all decent. 21.XI.10
