Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. A clear, golden beer with a small, off-white head. Caramel-sweet nose with some fruityness. Weak but nice. The flavor has piney hops, grass, caramel malty sweetness and a touch of bitterness towards the end. Medium body. Slightly grainy finish with a little bitterness. A clear, refreshing and quenching beer, but quite boring. (081031)

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours hazy yellow with a diminished white head. Dry and mild citric wheaty aroma. Mild sweetend and fruity wheaty flavoured with a light acidic touch. Lingering estery and yeasty flavour to a smooth wheaty base.

Bottle, 3.0%. Very weak banana aroma. Slightly hazy yellow colour, small floaties. Small white head. There is a little banana in the flavour, and the mouthfeel is OK. The flavour is weak, but nice enough and is not entirely unlike a wheat beer. The finish is less interesting, watery and grainy.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours clear orange with a small white head. Mild spiced and wheaty light aroma. Flat banana fruity and mild wheaty - yet with no body behind. Lasting vague estery flavoured finish. Not bad - just boring.

Bottle. Dark amber coloured, rather stable, big rocky off-white head. Caramelly nose with toasty and wheaty-fruity undertones. Quite sweet flavour, accompanied by some traces of acidity, light to medium bodied. Dark-malty and sweetish-fruity finish. Well made and nice Dunkelweizen...........

The bottle looks good, but very much like the Antonius Starkbier Hell. Starts malty and strong, notes of plum. Finish a bit sourish. An average beer.
