Bottle. Color: Hazy amber, off-white head. Aroma: Malty, caramel. Taste: Malty, caramel, bread, hints of nuts and citrus fruit, hoppy background. Moderate sweet, very light bitterness. A bit thin mouthfeel.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Malt and hop, fruity. Taste: Starting fruity (yellow fruit and hints of stone fruit esters) and more malty, going to more hoppy, bittery, green and lightly spicy hop with a malty, bread notes base.

Draught @ Brewpub, Banberg. Pours Clear Golden Yellow with a White head. Bready and crusty cereal. A bit too fizzy. Touch of Sulphur. Probably best of the 4 - but like the others fizzy, sulphurish and quite underwhelming for Franconia.
