Bottle, 5.3%. Banana aroma, citric with a little spreewälder Gurken. Cloudy dark yellow colour. OK stable white head. The flavour has some banana, a tiny hint of plastic. OK sweetness balanced by some citrus. Slightly high bitterness for a Hefeweizen.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of wheat and bananas. The flavor is sweet and very wheaty combined with fruity notes especially of banana. The finish is dry wheaty.
