Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, no head. Aroma: Fruity, funky. Taste: Starting fruity, citrus and gooseberry, after a second or two the funky part comes in and some seconds later the peppery part. Floral and quite subtle peppery notes. At the finish all three flavors nicely merge together. Medium body, no carbonation. Moderate tartness. Quite nice.

Bottle. Pomphuizeke bottled the left-overs of Borefts. Color: Murky orange, no head. Aroma: Fruity gooseberry and citrus notes, combined with subtle notes of coffee, coffeebeans, light funky hints. Taste: Following the aroma. Coffee is subtle, yet clearly present and combines well with the Lambic. Giving it more depth and complexity. I like this combination. Medium body, no carbonation. Moderate tartness. 't Pomphuizeke definitely positively developed the Koffie Lambik since the rather tart version I tasted at Wild Festival Groningen in 2019.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, no head. Aroma: Tart, lemon, herbal and funky hints. Taste: Fruity lemon, zesty grapefruit, some floral herbal notes, some rural funk. A lot of lemon. Medium tartness. Medium body, no carbonation. Too much lemon for me.

Little cloudy orange blond beer, no head. Aroma: funky, fruity, lots of peaches, nectarines, brett notes, woody, floral, nice. MF: soft carbon, medium body, oily texture. Taste: sourish, dry, very herbal bitterness, lemony, earthy, ok. Aftertaste: sourish, lemon juice, some orange peel, bitter touch, alcohol, soft acidity burning in the throat.

Somewhat cloudy orange blond beer, practically no head. Aroma: brett, funky, earthy, lots of lambic obviously, woody touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, earthy, brett, funky, a little bitter, acidic, woody, tannins, apricots, orange peel, pleasant acidity. Aftertaste: dry, earthy, leather, oranges, lemon peel, a bitter touch, woody, pleasant, good stuff, love it!
