Tap at the brewpub. Dark copper color with a yellowish head. Looks like a Vienna or märzen. Light sulfur on the nose, flavor of caramel malts and herbs. Taste is grainy with a leftover of wet cereal, light rosted, a bit of citrus. Not really a dunkel, rather an original variarion. Ok

Tap at the brewpub. Orange color fine White head, persistent. Sulfuric smell. Aroma is balsamic herbs over solid caramel malts and cookies, grass, hay, hints of camphor and mint. Taste is simple but balanced, light salty, umami, light citrusy. Medium body average carbonation clean balsamic finish. Quite original on its own.

Tap at the brewery. The whitest weizen i've ever seen so far, a weird very pale milky yellow, thick yeast suspension, foamy white head which collapses after a while but carbonation keeps a layer. It looks like pineapple juice with milk, huh. Taste is super citrusy, lemon everywhere with classic wheat and banana tones, in the finish an unexpected note of almond and nuts comes our. Relatively thick texture, super strong carbonation, watery texture. Taste sour. Finish is lemony, dry, with almond spirit, refreshing, nice. I like the fact weizens develop a citrusy flavour but it can't be this strong, I suspect they added some lemonade... hopefully not. Quite surprised by this, quite original.
