Bottle from Kisjes Slijterijen, Meppel. Aroma is sweetish malt, caramel, sourish dark fruits, raisins. Flavour is moderate sweet and sourish with a little bitterness in the finish. Body is medium, undercarbonated. Either this was intended to taste like a Flanders Brown or I had an infected batch. *note* Brewery contacted me, explained I got an infected bottle and will send replacement.

Bottle from the brewer, thanks! Wheaty aroma with soft honey, subtle fruity notes including a touch of citrus and peach. Flavour is moderate sweet and lightly bitter with some wheaty sourness. Body is light to medium with low carbonation. Rather restrained in aroma and flavour, could be better, but pretty drinkable.

Bottle from the brewer, thanks! Looks gorgeous with its ink black body and creamy tanned head. Aroma is roasted malt, strong salted liquorice, dark chocolate, coffee, vanilla, with a touch of dark fruits. Flavour is sweet and a bit salty with a moderate to medium roasty bitter finish. Body is full. Nice Imperial Stout, but quite heavy on the liquorice.

Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is roasted malt, cocoa, chocolate, liquorice, creamy lactose, caramel, touch of coffee, with a hint of coconut. Flavour is medium sweet and moderate to medium bitter. Body is medium to full with some lactose creaminess. The coconut is very mild in this one, but this is a very fine Milk Stout even without ’liquid Bounty’.

Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket, not shared with thirteen other people. Aroma is caramel malt, fruity marmalade, spruce, natural pine resin, and a spicy/herbal touch. Flavour is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied. Much better than I expected, bittersweet pine resin marmalade.
