Thanks Moravius! Clear golden colour, white foam. Well balanced bock, bready, malty, light sweet, nice hoppiness.

Fischer Landbräu Das Bockbier, Flasche von den Getränkerittern. - Kupfergold, blank. - In der Nase bocktypisch sattes toastig-karamelliges Malz, sirupartige Süße, Waldhonig und feine fränkisch-herbale Hopfung mit leisen mediterranen Noten. - Antrunk satt und etwas fett karamellig-toastmalzig mit sirupartigen Zügen, die aber durch kernige, fast derbe krautige Bittere in Schach gehalten werden. Leise hopfenwürzig und orangenherb. Anklänge an Nuß und Honig. Milder rezent, vollmundig, sauber kaschierter Alkohol, etwas hart im Mund. Im Abgang schön malzbitter und hintergründig fränkisch hopfenbitter. - Solider roter Bock, dessen Hopfung allerdings leicht derbe Züge aufweist, auch etwas hart. (2.12.2022.)

Pours a darkish golden yellow with a quickly dissipating head. Nose is typical grassy, earthy with a slight hint of citrus. Nice balance of sweetness and hoppiness but nothing out of the ordinary. Better than most of the upper Bavarian helle but that's not saying much.

Pours a dark golden color with a medium white head. Quite sweet with malt, bread and hints of grass.

Pours a dark copper color. The flavour is malty sweet with a fresh bread note.

Pours a clear golden color with white lace. Nose is fresh grassy Helles. Mouthfeel is clean and crisp. Fresh and popping.

Fischer Landbräu Das Spezial, Flasche von Sedat's Schlüggla. - Kupfergold, fast klar. - In der Nase warmes, tiefes toastiges Malz und schöne hopfenwürzige Herbe. - Antrunk satt toastmalzig mit milden Dunkel- und Röstmalznoten: Brotkruste, ein wenig Milchschokolade. Weiche fruchtige Süße, Erdbeerkonfitüre. Solide herbale Hopfenherbe. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang dezente aber aromatische Herbe. - Satt toastmalziges Frankenlager, wie meine übrigen Biere vom Fischer deutlich aber noch angenehm malzsüß und fein gehopft. Anständig. (28.6.2020.)

Fischer Hirschcraft Schwarze Lore, Flasche von Sedat's Schlüggla, Schwaig. - Nicht schwarz sondern dunkelrotbraun, klar; üppiger Schaum. - In der Nase feines (aber doch etwas dünnes) Röstmalz, kalter Kaffee, Kirsche, milder herbaler Hopfen. - Antrunk füllig röstig-dunkelmalzig, stark gesüßter Kaffee, leichte Zitronenmarmelade, feine Kräuter. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang dezente aber aromatische herbale Herbe. - Satt malziges Dunkles, ziemlich süß und nur dezent gehopft, dennoch rund und angenehm. (16.6.2020.)
