Good crisp Pilsner.
A bit light on flavor but nice and refreshing

Can (compressed month/11/21, but likely release date 2/11/21) pour. It's an opaque dark yellow with light sparkle at the edges of the glass, 2-finger frothy off-white head with fair retention and nice lacing. Aroma is strong tangerine and lemon citrus; some dank herb as it warms. Taste is strong orange over other citrus and soft bready grain. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, creamy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, hops are holding up well for just over 100 days. Bright citrus and fairly light body (brewer should rightly classify this as a NEIPA) make for a refreshing brew on a hot and sultry night.

Pours a hazy golden with a thin white head. Aroma of orange, lemon, melon, lime. Taste has soft fruity notes, vaguely tropical, more citrus, blood orange is prominent. Palate has some mild resin and pine, lingering point grapefruit on the nose and orange. Really good.
Pours thick oily black with a thin tan head. Aroma of chocolate malt. Taste has rich burnt chocolate, cocoa, some oily resin, hints of dark fruit notes. Palate has burnt malt on the nose, slightly boozy. Good.
Really good effort from THBC.

12 oz. bottle in a trade with tfontana, thanks Tom! Appearance is a near clear straw gold. Carbonation seems low. Aroma is Pilsner malt, white bread, hay. Flavor is a weak reflection of the aroma.

Pours hazy yellow with a thick white head. Fantastic aroma of citrus, orange, hop, citra. Taste has intense citrus elements, smooth Amarillo bite, tropical notes. Palate has a very subtle hint of smoked malt, continuation of the citrus. Good.

12 ounce can. Dark brown pour is barely translucent. Brief tan head dissipates into a small creamy ring. Subtle roasted malt nose hints at cocoa. Roasted malt flavor is light on the palate. There is an underlying note of milk chocolate and lactose. Some residual stickiness on the back of the tongue. Finishes with notes of whole milk and baked brown bread.
