Dorée sur léger voile, col épais blanc-cassé.
Arôme au nez fruité agrumes, fin herbacé en rétro, petite impression de purée de fruits, pungent hop.
Palais est malté fin, houblonné un peu mentholé, agrumes - pamplemousse, pointe de fruits secs et confits tirant sur la pêche et abricot. Pointe de résineux perce en retrait.
Palais est malté pils - pâle- avoine?, fini sur un effet doux-amer, huile de houblon, douceur virant sur la mandarine.

Draft @ XII Fira Jafre. Couleur pourpre, col fin rosé. Arôme est charge en belles notes de cerise assez doux - clairement pas du style Schaarbeek. Palais est léger superbement bien fruité chargé en cerise avec une rondeur accentuée et chargée en fruits par la mise en fût. Au final, l'effet 'sour' est plutôt en retrait par rapport à l'apport fruité, ce qui n'est pas mauvais.
