Description
The Féculerie farm, erected from the 14th to the middle of the 18th century, in Jandrain-Jandrenouille has been transformed into a brewery since the summer of 2007. Born in 2006, from the infatuation of two university comrades, the original equipment came from the berry brewery. Currently, Alexandre Dumont de Chassart continues the solo project and works to increase the capacity of the brewery as well as the development of new products.

7 3 7 3 15 Draft at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Hazy golden blond with a white head. Aroma of green weedy hops, citrus, herbal hops and light yeasty notes. Flavour with above light sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Tap at ML Fontainas. Cloudy light yellow with orange hue and white head. Light sweet malts, wheat, quite grassy, soft apricot, lots of bitter herbs and dank German hop, nice fresh yeast, green leaves, fresh pils malts. Just medium sweet and quite bitter. Medium bodied. Not bad at all.

On tap at Fontainas. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of herbal hops with nice spicy yeast and a floral touch. Sweetish malty and fruity flavour with spicy notes. Herbal hoppy and quite bitter finish.

Tap at La Fine Mousse, Paris, during my 5th beer tour of the year so far, 14th March 18. Pours hazy straw colour. Aroma is citrus, yeast. Taste is yeast, grainy, robust flavours, citrus, bitter, long lingering bitter grainy finish.
