The Féculerie farm, erected from the 14th to the middle of the 18th century, in Jandrain-Jandrenouille has been transformed into a brewery since the summer of 2007. Born in 2006, from the infatuation of two university comrades, the original equipment came from the berry brewery. V Cense 7% A dull orange-reddish brown with a thick beige head that lingers. The aroma is fruity and spicy with notes of wheat. Full bodied, the taste is bread chewy and caramel with light spicy notes. This is a solid filling and satisfying brew though it suits fall more than spring. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at Moeder Lambic, pours a clear, dark gold with some frothy, rocky, white head. Nose has lemon, orange, soap, savory herbs, potpourri. Flavor has the same with lemon and soap, straw, some distinct grist. Finishes dry, lemony, bitter. Crushable.

On tap at Moeder Lambic pours a lightly hazy, straw yellow with some frothy, white head. Nose is pure with cracked malts, straw, yeast, a little biscuit dough. Flavor is actually better, grainy, gristy, light yeast, biscuit. Finishes dry. Super drinkable. Wonderfully simple.
