Bottle shared in London - thanks to Matteo. Basic, strong, fairly tasty. Decent balance to it, a bit of dough, nips of fruit. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Drinkable enough.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hopy and heavy yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Dorée/pâle, col fin blanc.
Arôme est fin frais fruité, petite touche de prune - grains - malt pâle, pils, fine effluve rappelant la vanille reprise de suite par le côté prune sauvage 'acerbe'.
Palais est plaisant fruité - 'sloe' - prunellier qui reveint dans plusieurs bières dont Alvinne et en lambic avec un fini acerbe et tanique. Le côté grains - circuit-court, bio donne une belle rondeur en bouche, effet céréales, grains concassés - profile belge en retrait avec une petite note de grillé en fin de bouche.

Cloudy blond beige beer, big creamy off-white head, little stable. Aroma: malty, grains, whole grain biscuits, decent stuff, not getting them berries though? MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sweet, very malty, grains, cow fodder, spelt. Aftertaste: bitter, grains, cow fodder, nice, malty, caramel, lots of grains, but no sloeberries?

Pours clear yellow with a fluffy head. Aroma and flavor carry a grassy note, alongside pleasant fruity notes of peaches, citrus, and apricots, with a malty, mildly spicy bitterness.

Keg at Moeder Lambic, Brussels. Strange thing to say but aroma and taste was full of wet hop. Pilsner like appearance and a pilsner like bitterness to it. Decent enough.

Bière pression bue au Moeder lambic, à Bruxelles pendant une chasse aux trésors sur le thème de la bière avec Beer my Guest. Robe brune claire. Bouche sur le malt, douce, pas trop sucrée. Une brune très légère et correcte. (M)
