Tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Bruxelles, Belgium. Pours dark reddish brown (I guess, light is not good), with very fine light brown foam. Aroma is of roasted barley, malty, caramel. Body is kind of thin, good carbonation. Taste is medium sweet, but with a dry final.

Dorée/pâle, col fin blanc, peu pétillant.
Arôme présente un léger nez fruité - tropical, agrumes avec une petite pointe de mandarine - baies vertes en retrait avec une fine effluve rappelant la baie verte - groseille à maquereau.
Palais est un peu décevant avec une effervescence avec une petite pointe de mandarine, raisin blanc avec une note rappelant le thé avec un retrait de figue de barbarie voire de poire - semble un peu 'off' - spoiled dried fruits, fini léger herbacé - tropical mangue et goyave.

33cl bottle from Cora in Brussels. F: medium, white, not long lasting. C: gold, hazy. A: malty, caramel, bready, bit fruity, grainy. T: medium malty base, vaguely grainy, bit vaguely fruity, bready, bit dough, bit earthy, medium carbonation, peach, not bad but quite boring.
