500 ml. This beer is hazy women colored eliminated the two finger solid white tight booty head The cucumber aroma totally dominates the redeem that the beer completely it’s it’s just wow. You do get a little bit of lime on the backend but upfront the cucumber is pre-much all you get in the upfront and in the middle and then a lime finish with a little sulfur flavor and rotten eggs

500ml Beautiful golden yellow poor with three finger ugly white head with tons of bubbles it fades to a thin line. The smell is amazing you get some orange eggshells you get funk and cheese and green grass. Flavorful short though some oranges lime funk I like them dinner sort of rubbing alcohol flavored not a finishes light and grass like maybe a little bit of clove spice pepper and spices the finish

Bottle thanks to Adam! Pours a hazy light yellow gold with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has a good amount of earthy wheat with some pineapple and a light tartness. Flavor has very sour pineapple with a bit of an acid bite and some earthy wheat underlying.

Bottle. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has a combination of earthy and bitter citrus with some grass and a bit of light grain backing. Flavor has a bitter and tart grapefruit note with some ginger and light grains underlying.

Bottle thanks to Adam! Pours a clear bright purple with a near pink head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of beet that is slightly tart with some earthy wheat underlying. Flavor has a tart earthy beat note with some sweet grains and a touch of acid.

Bottle thanks to Adam! Pours a clear orange with a red hue and a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has tons of earthy oak with light tart raspberry with a bit of earthy wheat underlying. Flavor is more reserved with earthy wheat and cranberry with just a hint of oak.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong bourbon, wood, cocoa, vanilla, roast. Thick body, chewy, roast, chocolate, vanilla, strong bourbon, really enjoyed this.

500mL bottled May 2016, drunk 9/16/16.
Lightly to moderately hazy, cherry-red with a light amber-golden tint and a medium-sized, pink-flecked head atop showing moderate retention.
Good tartness to the nose, certainly, with plentiful wheat and lactic character and not overdone on the cherry acidity. Does seem like there’s brett in here as well and it’s enjoyable, adding light band-aid and lime. Soft wheat lingers in the background and the beer seems quite dry from the nose with a good black pepper phenol character lingering.
Nutty, lightly chewy, and very heavily influenced by the wheat, is the soft texture. Tight carbonation with tangy brett, lacto and malic acid all keeping the beer quite tart, dry, bright and somewhat puckering. No alcohol or flaw with a good depth of flavor and texture/body for such a low abv.
