Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma has a medium light acidity with a bit of citrus notes and some light pineapple. Medium light stone fruit notes with more apricot than peach. Light oak with hints of rum and wine. More white wine than rum. Pours a hazy, pale golden brown straw color with a medium large, frothy white head that recedes steadily to a thin film that is replenished and lingers nicely. Flavor is moderately acidic with light sweetness and malt notes. Medium light citrus notes with some faint pineapple. Lots of stone fruit notes with more apricot than peach. Some light rum and whit wine notes with a bit of oak. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a very nice stone fruit sour. The mix of rum and wine barrels adds nice complexity. Acidity is present but isn’t too sharp. Balanced fruit notes. Nice yeast and bacteria character.

Poured from a 500 ml bottle. Aroma is very grape juice forward with an aroma similar to Welches white grape juice or grape popsicles. Light white wine and oak notes with even lighter tannins. Faint malt notes with hints of acidity. Pours a somewhat hazy, golden orange with a medium sized, thick, white head that recedes slowly but steadily to the edges where it lingers for a bit. No lacing or legs. Flavor has a moderate acidity with a light sweetness to it and hints of grain. Light white wine and oak notes with hints of tannins. Moderate grape notes with a definite white grape juice character to it, though it also displays some grape candy flavors. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice grape sour with a unique flavor and aroma that a lot of the other grape sours don’t have. Whereas most grape sours come across as a cross between wine and beer, this tastes like a beer with grape flavors; something I am not used to. I am not sure how they got the grape flavors, but its not very wine-like.

Pours a hazy, golden orange with a medium small, fairly thin, white head that recedes fairly quickly to the edges where it lingers for a bit. No lacing or legs. Flavor is moderately acidic with a light sweetness. Light grain and cereal notes, but less pronounced than in the aroma. Light white wine notes with some hint of oak. Some stone fruit notes. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really nice sour. Light grain notes with nice fruit an oak notes. Acidity isn’t too sharp an works really nicely with the fruit notes.

Poured from a 500 ml bottle. Aroma is fairly berry forward with nice black raspberry notes. Slightly jammy. Light wheat notes with hints of acidity and some faint citrus. Pours a dak purple with a medium large, fairly thin, purplish pink head that recedes quickly and disappears. No lacing or legs. Flavor has a light wheat note with a light acidity. Hints of citrus with a moderately strong berry note. Slightly jammy with a bit of a sweet berry flesh note. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer with a good balanced berry note that allows the malt notes to show through a bit. Acidity is a bit light for the beer, but that setter than being too sharp.

Poured from a 500 ml bottle. Aroma is nice with a medium light grain note including some of the spelt character. Some light citrus notes. Medium light stone fruit with a faint phenolic character. Medium light oak with golden raisins and white wine notes. There is a faint poopiness. Pours a hazy, golden orange with a medium large, thick, white head that slowly recedes to the edges where it lingers. Light lacing and no legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a balanced, moderate acidity. Nice fruit notes with some light cherry pie, stone fruit, moderate golden raisins and white wine grapes. Some light oak and tannins. Hints of phenolics. Light spelt and grain notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an alright beer. Lots of green grape/white wine/golden raisin notes with some other fruit. Balanced acidity and oak. Some nice malt notes. I guess acidity is a bit strong for me.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a hazy gold with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is funk, oak, yeast. Thin, funky, oak, nice tartness, really enjoyed this.

Tap at the brewpub. Black with nice light brown head. Massive, and I mean massive espresso. Dark chocolate, fudge, caramel, light earthy, oats, raw cocoa. Over medium sweet and bitter. Full bodied. Great coffee stout.
