Description
Beachwood Blendery is a small batch beer producer established in 2014 by the same creative minds behind the award winning Beachwood Brewing. Beachwood Blendery has embarked on an undoubtedly geeky quest to recreate the Lambic style beers of Belgium. Our beers are produced using ingredients, equipment, and brewing methods that are both steeped in tradition and admittedly modern.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Danny. Pours hazy gold with a creamy white head. Has a lot of meaty fruit, plum, lemon, peach, moderate acidity. Medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Dry and quenching, strong acidity, rich peach, salty sweat. Good stuff.

500ml bottle. Slightly milky, yellow-ish, deep golden colour with average, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Slightly oaky, unspecific fruity aroma with a herbal-spicy touch, hints of quince and mustard seed. Taste is tart, dry oaky, fruity, notes of quince, apricot, unripe peach and nectarine, increasing fruit acidic tartness, a cautious herbal touch of sage; minimally astringent and prickly finish. Very clean, rather mild - good.

Draught @ Walter's 303 Pizzeria, Denver, CO. Sweet, tart and funky with some sour cherries, oak, wood, syrup and sugary notes. Quite sweet but otherwise pretty sour and farmyardy.

Bottle pours out straw color topped with a white fizzy head. Nose is floral lemon citrus zest and some Brett funk. Taste is more of the nice funky brett notes and a light citrus tart note.
