Description
Beachwood Blendery is a small batch beer producer established in 2014 by the same creative minds behind the award winning Beachwood Brewing. Beachwood Blendery has embarked on an undoubtedly geeky quest to recreate the Lambic style beers of Belgium. Our beers are produced using ingredients, equipment, and brewing methods that are both steeped in tradition and admittedly modern.

Corked bottle from Belmont Station. Awesome to see these guys showing up at least somewhat close by. A drive to Portland. Worth it! Pours a cloudy lemon yellow color. Very tart impression from the aroma, and from a distance. Enough to start drying the eyes. Amazing, despite the indicated dangers. Intense sour, and it probably couldn't be better executed. The apricot is a huge pucker, but it has a juicy side, and flirts with a sweet side as well. Slight funk. Some quiet wine notes. Some wood, but buried in sour greatness. This is a unique sour. So much good going on. What an incredible beer this is.
