Description
Beachwood Blendery is a small batch beer producer established in 2014 by the same creative minds behind the award winning Beachwood Brewing. Beachwood Blendery has embarked on an undoubtedly geeky quest to recreate the Lambic style beers of Belgium. Our beers are produced using ingredients, equipment, and brewing methods that are both steeped in tradition and admittedly modern.

Sample at What The Funk!? on 10/04/2017 as "Strawberry Provence". Hazy orange color with a medium thin white head that burns away steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of strawberry, herbal yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of strawberry, mildly funky yeast and biscuit malt. The finish is tart and funky with a strawberry aftertaste. Good beer overall.

750ml bottle at Kump's during non-Belgian lambics tasting. Release 2017. Pours a hazy blonde with a weak white head. Aroma is funky and fruity. Similar taste with grape and peppery notes. Nice.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dull golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out grape zest, light funk, and black pepper. Flavour is quite peppery, with crisp dry grape zest, light funk and black pepper. Vinous and peppery is pretty much the story here. Weird.
