Bottle shared by Brian! Pours clear golden, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is lemony, super lemony, Brett notes, oak. Flavor is medium tart, light plus funk. Medium body. loads of lemony notes; I guess from the lemon peel, cause i doubt its from the Saaz.

Cloudy blond color with no head. Smell of fat fart, poo, diarrhea. Abrasive, acetic, pungent, very mild fruit, but quite hot chili hotness, a bit beyond the wise level for a beer.

Looks DOA on the pour - flat and dull yellow. On the nose, a little green chile but not actually a strong aroma. Has a bit of leathery note not unlike a lambic. But on the palate, it's a bit flat. It's a bit leathery, Of the chiles, the serrano is probably the one that stands out the most. I get a little aji amarillo maybe...but they're blending together. The sweet-tart mango-tamarind thing is there a little bit, but honestly I'd like to get this beer without the chile, so I can really get into those fruits a bit more. Finish is tart with moderate complexity and then there's a little bit of green chile burn.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with almost no head. Aroma reveals plenty of chili pepper upfront, with some barnyard funk, and light wild yeast. Flavour is very unusual, with lots of spicy peppers, both in flavour and spice, and light funk. The spiciness dominates anything else that might be present underneath. Not too impressive - too much chili for this type of beer and undercarbonated.

Creamy whitish yellow. Sour nose, fruity apple juice, funk and barnyard. Taste is decently acidic but acidity is not really cutting through you. Bitterness coming out in mid-taste. Quite subtle. Creaminess lasts until the finish, hoppy for the style and funky. I like it.

Bottle split at RB Best awards dinner, thanks to Booby, 30/01/16. Lightly hazed pale golden with a decent off white head. Nose is floral, spice, funk, pissy citric rinds, lemon tones. Taste comprises apricot jam, mellow brett lashings, funk, damp straw, pissy, lemon rind, wood must. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent flavoursome saison.

Golden amber color. Fruity slightly sweet start but then leads to cobwebs, leathery nose. The palate is a bit simple, fairly simple. Good tartness but not overly complex.

Pretty good beer and a good fruit choice to be used with a sour since that food is naturally a bit tart anyway. The name was a good choice to maybe they were a little too careful as the passion fruit is kind of subdued. Aroma is fruity and musty. Flavor is a little like nose, tarte up front with the fruit in the background along with the yeast and a nice long finish. Goodbody nice drinking beer.
