Mild kräutriger und trocken herber Beginn. Geringe Süße, kaum hopfig, Karamell, zunehmend kräutrig im Abgang. Noch ok. 8/6/7/7/6/6

A clear dark golden beer with a big off white head. Aroma of caramelized and spicy malt, red berries. Taste of strong caramelized malt, nuts, biscuit, berries, high carbonation.

Cream-tan head, fast gone over viscously pouring brown-black beer. Whisky, roast, spirit, rubber, paint stripper, aldehyde. Sourish, chocolate cookies, exotic if sour fruit, green papaya. Again rubber and whisky. Acid- AND alcoholthinning and some -burn. Slick, bit of heat. Potent. We tasted it on 26/4/2025 as we couldn't wait until 2120, I'm afraid, as warranted on the label. Txs to Stef!

12 September 2024. At 1ste Kwatrechts Bierfestival. Cheers to Anke, Tim and the GBV crew!
Liquorice, cold coffee, prune, tobacco. Sweetish brambleberry, sourish blackcurrant, herbal liquorice. Earthy hops, coffee, herbal black tea, sourish coffee nib. Medium body. Quite okay with a sourish twist (or just a slightly bit infected?).

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy amber colored brew with an dry bitter taste and hints of caramel, somehow some lemon and spices. With this name i expected some Southern French ingredients like thyme, génépi and lavender.
