Description
In 2014, we started Verdant to make beers that we love. Nothing’s changed. It’s still about taste, quality, and all ’round deliciousness. Think juicy, hoppy, unfiltered, hazy beers that are always vegan! That’s us. Apart from the vegan bit. We’re bad at being vegan, but our beers are great at it. We’re independent, and always will be — that way we can continue to push boundaries and make beer we love, and hopefully you will love them too.

Keg. Pours murky golden yellow, aroma of pineapple, grapefruit, exotic smoothie. Taste falls a little in comparison, lacking the lusciously smooth, full-on exotics of the Cloudwater IPA I'd had before this, though the fruitiness it does have it pleasant enough with a moderate bitter ending.

Tap@Rbabarrab, Copenhagen - deep fuzzy murky orange pour with white head. Rich juicy fruity with a cross section of tropical citrus fruit, pithy tangerine, some grapefruit, mango, juicy fruity mouthfeel, fruity hoppy finish. Lovely stuff.

Keg at HL1. Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth malts, quite sweet. Modest piney hop. Light Azacca lemony orange. Light crisp finish. A tad sweet perhaps and I would have like more of an edge to the hops but it goes down easy.

Bodney Towers Bottleshare. Thanks to Fergus. Very hazy gold beer, bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, pretty dry and with decent fine carbonation. Thin dry malts, sweetish. Light piney hop into orange and orange pith. Mild hop spice. Mild tropical fruits. Light dry finish. Decent but the body is thin and dry.
