Bottle from Yamaya, it no longer says Pale Ale on the bottle just Bottle Conditioned. Bottled Sept. 2013. It pours a decent looking cloudy honey amber with a thin head of foam that dissipates somewhat quickly. The aroma is an appetizing fruity/herbal hoppiness. The body is on the thin side, it’s kind of watery. While the taste doesn’t measure up to the aroma. The taste is a bit chalky, pilsner grains, a bit bready, some caramel with some hop notes but much more subdued than in the aroma. Mild mouth puckering finish. Ok

ładny, chmielowy słodki zapach. nie tak mocny jak w ipach, ale w dalszym ciągu przyjemny. piana słaba, kolor złoty, ale mocno zmętniony. w smaku dość słodki, żywiczny z przyzwoitą goryczką

500 ml bottle. Pours nice orange, sightly hazy, visible carbonisation. Head is nice when freshly poured, dissipates fast. Aroma is quite fruity but not sweet. Thee is a small sour undertone, some herbal hops. Tropical fruits also. taste is a bit sour for some reason - making me think that maybe there is something wrong with the beer I am having. Otherwise there is some honey mixed with herbal hop flavours. Body is not too strong, feels actually quite nice as it is. Overall, a good ale, will need to try it again though to understand if this sourness should be there or not.

Bottle. Aroma Caprio multivitamine juice. Hoppy, sweet fruits. Hazy brownish colour. Taste is balanced. Light bitterness, light caramel malt, light fruity flavour. Overly carbonated, foamy in the mouth. Otherwise OK beer.

Draught at 1020. Deep golden color with a fine head. Malty nose, bread, oranges, light hop but it comes thru nicely. Bready, malty flavor, rich and thick, smooth, with low bitterness but nice citrus accent from the hops. Nicely enough done, a bit plain but good malt character. Very fruity. Needs more bitterness to shine.

750 ml champagne bottle, 2009 vintage. This is their pale ale that undergoes secondary fermentation in champagne bottles and is aged. Aroma like an age pale ale: slightly oxidized, English malt, slight citrus hop still remains. Pretty copper color with a lacy head. Sweet malt flavor, slightly aged, a touch of oxidation. Champagne-fizzy, though soft and light Dry like a saison, slightly metallic. Nice concept and a interesting and original taste—like a semi-old ale meets champagne—though it doesn’t live up to the package or the price. They should use a stronger, more interesting base beer.

Deep orange with a low head. Fruity, hoppy, aroma, with caramel malts. Well balanced, smooth, and clean. Rich caramel malt flavor, some fruit, ok hops. Slightly metallic. Malt and metal finish that is slightly unpleasant. Smooth and medium bodied mouth.
