Interesting. Something slightly Belgian about it somehow. Malty. Says it’s an alt but there’s something fruity and nutty about it. And a touch of iron.
I quite like it.

Keyaki. Last beer of the day and significantly better than the two sets that preceded it. Pretty nice hoppy pale ale. Biscuity, light citrus hops. Not so mind blowing but pretty nice. Possibly did well after the previous stuff.

Bottle at home bought at Hanadaya. Golden amber coloured, slightly hazy with small beige head. Aroma is fruity, citrus and grassy hops, and also a bit sweet. Taste is fruity but without as much sweetness. End is lemony bitter, but not forcefully so. Quite subtle and pretty nice. Not bad at all.

Tap at the brewery. Dark brown colour, big gold head. Aroma is caramel, quite sweet, nice dark maltiness, bit of chocolate and something sharp. Taste is also initially sharp then settles down. Caramel sweetness, bit of chocolate milk, maybe kahlua. Nice enough.

Tap the brewery. Clear blond. Big white head. Aroma is wheaty, touch of citrus hoppiness. Taste is crisp and nice. Solid pilsner. Wheaty and hoppy up front, slow fade. Nice and refreshing. Not bad. Ap 3 ar 78 t 8 p 3 o 1415

Bottle at the brewery. Light amber colour, white head. Aroma is fresh, slightly fruity, bit citrus, bit grassy, but yeasty too. Plus the usual toffee/caramel. Taste is nice, fruity at the start, maybe bit of strawberry, solidly malty, long malty finish. Slight bitterness at end too. Pretty nice. Little bit of caramel too. With the yeast added, gets a bit earthier. Less hoppy, nice and malty.

Tap at the brewery. Clear amber colour, small off white head. Aroma is caramel, lots of malt, bit fruity, apples, plum, maybe hint of calvados. Taste is sweet, lots of malt again, caramel. Touch of booze. Nice enough.

Clear amber pour with some white foam on the top. Nose is grassy, some light caramel, slight herbal notes. Tastes kind of hoppy bitter, light caramel and herb character there as well. Body light, grainy and hops are intense. Malty and bitter, OK.
