From tap at U Tří Růží, Prague 25.07.25, with Trine and Mariann after InSea conference in Olomouc. Ebony. Dense and persistent head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste of roasted malt, brittle and a hint of liquorice. Good!

On tap at U Tří Růží. Pours hazy amber with a beige head. Dry caramel malts, bready, and grassy nose. Flavour has rich and dry caramel malts, bready, some dry grass; full-bodied. Excellent malt profile, fantastic beer.

On tap at Pivovar U Tří Růží. Pours clear amber with an off-white head. Caramel malts and sweet esters on the nose. Flavour has dry caramel malts, some bubblegum esters, dry grass; fairly dry finish. Very nice and well-balanced.

On tap at Pivovar U Tří Růží. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Dry grass and wheat on the nose. Flavour has biscuit malts and dry grass, some fermented wheat coming through. High carbonation. Well done, but not as good as some of their others.

Draught at the brewpub in October 2024 - Golden in colour. Bread, yeast and grass feature prominently in both the aroma and the taste. Inoffensive and rather average standard for the style.
