Hazy amber with a lasting off-white head. The aroma has a strong fruity note of strawberry, along with herbal and grassy notes. Sweet malty and fruity flavour with a very mild bitterness

(Draught at U Trí Rùzí, Prague, 28 July) Hazy amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with apricots, orange peel and toasty, grainy malt. Fruity taste with citrus, apricots, slightly toasty malt and a gentle, citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Nice one.

draught at the brewpub. Golden brown colour, creamy off-white head. Good malt flavours with hints of roasetd malts, toffee fudge and of course, honey. The honey has a natural character and doesn’t feel artificial at all. Welld done, another good beer from this reliable brewpub.

draught at the brewpub. Hazy amber-brown colour, extremely creamy beige head. Looks delicious, the aroma is also promising: very hoppy with some dark malts shining through. Full-bodied with intensive malt flavours that add some sweetness, hints of chocolate and roasted malts and surprisingly: loads of aromatic hops that add tropical fruit, citrus fruit and a resiny touch. Incredibly aromatic hops. The tropical and citrus fruit flavours go very well with the dark malt character and make this beer really unusual and exciting. Superb stuff!

draught at the brewpub, named Rauchbier. Hazy golden-brown colour, creamy head, shy smoke aroma. Good malty base with some roasted malts and chocolate, some mild smoky flavours are detectable. A very good and solid beer, personally I would with for more smoke.
