On tap at The Livery, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy hops, light dankness, and some sweaty notes. Flavour is similarly sweaty, with earthy dank hops, biscuity malt, and sweatiness. There's something a little strange going on. Not exactly my thing.

Flavour reveals a wonderfully potent combo of cinnamon and espresso upfront, with a hint of dry cocoa. Expert use of the adjuncts. Beautiful beer.

On tap at The Livery, pours a fairly clear dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma is rich, with lots of caramel, molasses, brown sugar, and treacle toffee. Flavour is just as rich, with lots of brown sugar, caramel malt, and ample resinous hops. Truly an American barley wine, with that high hop content, but without any harshness. Really excellent.
