Tap @ SOPP Hki 2021. Smell of licorice. Dark brown colour, white head. Aroma of roasted malt, some licorice, some acidic and boozy notes. Soft palate. Very sweet.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2024) The cider poured deep golden and clear. Aroma had apple juice, tartness and apple seeds. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were tartness, apple juice, apple seeds and light sourness. Aftertaste was dry and tart. Tasty.

2024 vintage. Malty, sweetish and bready with some rye whisky notes, hints of wood, oak, vanilla and syrup, some caramel and toffee.
