Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 2017, [ Great British Beer Festival 2017 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.[ As Oliver Summer Babe ].Unclear medium to light yellow orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, wheat, moderate hoppy, cellery, fruity hops, minerals - yeast, herbs (can read raspberry and rose buds). Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, spicy, herbs, sweet malt, pale malt, wheat, minerals - yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Can, from The Wine Source, Baltimore. Pours cloudy dark copper-orange with small creamy light beige head, faint vanilla aroma, low carbonation, initially sweet medium sour malty taste with vanilla flavor, smooth body, long finish. Strange brew, doesn't feel like a sour at all.

Tap. Pours opaque mahogany, medium tan head, dissipates fairly slowly, good lacing. Aroma is astringent wood, bourbon, nuts, molasses, cocoa. Flavor is medium sweet, light plus bitter, astringent tannins, sharp and not well integrated at all. Medium body, soft mouthfeel.

Cask Pour. Pours dirty golden amber / arnold palmer esque. Medium white head, dissipates slowly, decent lacing. Aroma is dank, armpits, pot, sweat, overripe mangos. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter. Dank. Medium body, low carbonation, a bit lifeless.

Nitro tap as Coventry Cream. Pours hazy hazel, large fluffy off-white head, dissipates fairly slowly, good lacing. Aroma is toast, bread, noble hops, biscuit. Light aroma overall. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter. Lingering bittterness. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. Pretty good.

Tap. No longer a 3 Stars Beer according to the wait staff. Pours clear deep hazel, small beige head, dissipates fairly slowly, good lacing. Aroma is rye bread, toasted malt, caramel, hints of charred wood. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, hint of smoke, light rye spiciness. Medium body. Pretty good.
