Bottle @ TheWolf. Thank you Jesper. Pours a clear golden with a off white bubbly head. Lots of wood and red apples. Dry and soft. Well balanced. Fresh and crisp. Nice Re-rating April 2011. Ulfborg. Crisp and dry. Bit of apple and barnyard. Clean and decent. Notch down from 3,6 -3,4.

750ml bottle from the Co-op in Bristol . Amber in colour with moderate carbonation. Decent apple juice aroma with a touch of dryness. Smooth drinking, with plenty of juicy fruit, some dryness and a touch of spice, with a gentle medium finish. Ok.

Barrel at GBBF 2006. A hazy light yellow cider with no head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of apples and wood. The flavor is like apple juice and only with a slight acidity, and a dry end. Boring.

Bottle, my mum picked this up for me, and it formed part of an early, very alcohol dominated birthday present. Pours a wonderful warm golden colour, with a nice appley nose, carbonation wasn’t too bad at all so came across very well good soft appley taste a bit on the sweeter side of medium but I didn’t have a problem with that. My bottle was called Knights Malvern Gold Medium Reserve (hope that I’ve put it in the right place)

Barrel at GBBF 2006. Yellow/gold slightly hazy with no head. It’s a cider. Slightly farty sour cider aroma. Some apple juice in the mouth. Not too bad but it was getting to the end of Thursday and I was getting a bit blurry.

Bottled and picked up from a farm shop Mar 06. Straw coloured cider with quite a pleasant appley aroma, bit on the dry side but a decent taste which was very natural and a very drinkable if not outstanding cider.
