Tap at CBM Jimbocho in 2014. Dark, roasted malty nose with some caramel and prunes and light chocolate and smoke. Slight sticky mouthfeel, medium body. Finish is sweet with some light molasses.

Tap at Molto. Pretty orange amber, low head. Caramel, wheat, interesting nose. esters, some phenols. Wheat, some caramel, grassy hops. Interesting. A bit strange. Nice drinkability. Orange, peches, esters. This is really a low-abv dunkel weizen, I would say.

Sampler at Watering Hole. Pours a clear deep copper to light brown with almost no head. Belgian yeast character on the nose with some malt and light grass and twig. Very soft, British carbonation with a light watery mouthfeel. Finish is short-lasting and very flat.

Pours somewhat hazy orange, not much head but it could be because of pouring. It also says ηζ or "aged" in the menu, so I guess this could be a little different version form the beer what others tried under this entry. Aroma gives me only strawberries, which not a bad thing actually. Taste is fresh, saison yeast character there but in somewhat milder way. Good spiciness, not too bitter, not too fruity, rather dry actually. Good one.

On tap at CBM Koenji. Light amber with a nice soapy off-white head. Aromas of biscuit, honey and light apricot. Taste is more of the same. Really wonderful balance between malt sweetness and hoppy bitterness. Almost perfectly balanced. A little on the boring side, but technically a very solid beer.
