Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di caramello, miele, cereali, nocciola, frutta secca, erba e agrumi.

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sottobosco. L'intensità è elevata, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido si presenta opalescente. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sulla lingua si attestano indizi di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso quasi balsamico, erba, agrumi e frutta passita.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per il luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida si presenta velata e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di miele, luppolo, un accenno di resinoso quasi balsamico e agrumi.

50 cl bottle. Murky copper color, offwhite head. Flavor of slightly roasted malt, caramel, rotten fruit (apple, orange) , some muddy yeast and vague floral tones, slightly herbal and spiced. Taste between sugary and sourish, light bitter. unclean muddy finsh.
