About
A P'tite Maiz 'is above all a friend thing. We are Christophe and Quentin, two friends who came together in a common project around our passion: the making of beer. We therefore decided to embark on this world in 2011 as an amateur and more professionally since 2015. Christophe takes care of marketing and communication. Quentin, when it comes to production. We carry out together the research and development of future beers in our range.

Some hay, and a touch of lemon. Nice, easy drinking. Golden pour with decent head. Very light overall but that's the intention. Tap at Porto Beer Fest.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a shaker. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, mall moussy white head, sizzles down gradually, light lacing. Aroma pale malt, tea, lemon. Taste light sweet and bitter, slightly acidic, lemon, tea, light herbal notes. Light body, watery texture, average carbonation, mild refreshing sweetbitterish taste, paired with lime acidity, okay as a thirst quencher.

Aroma pale malts, yeast, grapefruit, pineapple, grassy hops. light herbal notes. Below medium sweet and bitter, maly, yeasty, grapefruit, pineapple, light herbal notes. Medium body, oily to creamy texture, soft carbonation, fruity sweetbitter aftertaste, on the short side, very nice.

Deep sticky beginning. Lots of fruity parts over a very sticky and deep finish. Floral, round and a bit sticky with tropical hints in the back.
