Description

Bottle. Light grain and metallic nose, some passion fruit. Murky yellow, offwhite head. Dry spicy, light explosive, copper, dry light mealy, rye spice and edges subdued, tropical retronasal from the yeast. Interesting.

Bottle. Murky orange-ish color with creamy white head. Aroma is fresh yeast, orange peel, dough. Taste is dough, a bit milky yeast, rye spice, grainy and herbal, a touch earthy, slight tropical fruits, quite interesting. Full velvety-milky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Quite interesting and delicate, good for what it is, but the score is more for the interesting flavor profile than for how much I actually like it.

Bottle. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is pineapple, milky, fresh, tasty. Taste is milky, cookie, fruity, a bit very milky. Silky milky mouthfeel with low carbonation. Tap. Much more barnyardy than I remember it, this is quite orvalesque!

Bottle. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is full on maracuja, yoghurt, beautiful, fresh, wow! Taste is maracuja, cookie, super tasty, but also with some interesting flavours that probably come from the Kveik. Juicy, but with enough of a fermentation profile to not feel like juice. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Excellent, I am really setting my hopes into this brewery. +1 for style and because I love passion fruit.
