Takk til Ovesen for denne 0,33 boksen som jeg naturligvis delte med Kitty: lett uklar gylden med fint skum. Forfriskende aroma og smak med gressløk, appelsin og furunål. Fin bitterhet i avslutningen. Kitty mjauet fornøyd.

Semmi hab, barna szín. Karamelles, gabonás, gyümölcsös illat. Malátás, karamelles, gyümölcsös, enyhén komlós íz. Közepesen testes, enyhén szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Jellegtelen, nem tudom hova tenni.

Draft at Tap, Burger & Beer, Budapest. Poured a murky orange colour with no life. The aroma is big mango. The flavour is moderate sour, with a rich, smooth, tart mango, light vanilla palate. Over medium bodied with flat carbonation. I’m not a fan. Given the name and description I expected a little more vanilla sweetness.

Draft at Beer Brothers, Budapest. Poured a slightly golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is big banana. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, somewhat rich, earthy, herbal. light boozy, light hop bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. There was apparently 300 kilos of banana, pineapple and coconut added to this, presumably to give some pina colada like flavour, but other than some banana up front, none of the adjuncts were easily detectable in the beer that was served to me. A real floral boozy mess.

Draft at the First brewery taproom, Budapest. Poured a murky dark brown colour with little life. The aroma is roasty, ashtray, light caramel. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, rich dry, roasty, earthy, light herbal, light liquorice, coffee, chocolate, sugary, light toffee palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation. At 10.5% the alcohol was masked by the sweetness. Nice. Served a little too cool maybe and the flavours only really came through as it warmed.
