Can at home. I used to live right across river from here for many years, but it was just a bar then. This was a gusher. Nose is bready and floral. Tastes of dough, lemon, perfume decently hoppy. Sweet and thick.

Pours black with a small, lasting tan head. The aroma is of roast malt, chocolate, and coffee. It has an intense dark roast malt flavor with chocolate, peppers, licorice, and coffee. There’s a good bittering hop balance and a full body. Excellent.

2,500th rating! Pours a dark straw from a can. Light lemon and biscuit aroma. Similar flavor, noble hops, well balanced. Pretty good beer.
