Very dark pour. Smallish head beige topper. Nose is ashy and chocolate. Tastes of dark chocolate, nutty, earthy coffee, ash, hint of plum. Medium bodied.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 19/12/23. Black with a khaki covering that stays for the show. Nose is cocoa powder, charr, light roast, toffee, dried fruit rinds. Taste comprises roast malts, burnt toffee, charr, dark malts, chocolate, light spice. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, light drying close with a mellow kiss of alcohol. Okay sipper but a little stuck in third gear and lacking depth for the ABV.

16 oz. can. Aroma is bright pineapple juice and yeast. Flavors pineapple, mango and mild citrus with a very mild herb bitterness. Nice yeast attenuation and nicely dry. Very good.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 17/12/23. Murky orange with a good sized lasting just off white head. Nose is bitter orange, grass, papaya, mandarin, ripe melon, straw. Taste comprises bitter orange, grapefruit, pine needle, melon, papaya, mixed tropical fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness. Tidy easy drinking DIPA.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 15/12/23. Murky orange with a fast collapsing white head. Nose is juicy tropical fruits, papaya, mango pulp, guava. Taste comprises bitter orange, dank chimes, grapefruit, papaya, mandarin, touch of hop spice, pine resin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness. Decent.
