Appearance: semi-pale yellow/copper color with a sly transparency along the sides and a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: pine, lemony and grapefruity with some clean caramel/toffee malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet quality; finishes bittersweet through the pine & grapefruity hops and a touch of malts
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; good smoothness but also some hop stickiness here
Overall: nicely done DIPA worthy of coming back to.

Appearance: dark amber close to brown color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet leather, dark fruity scents, light woody tannins, caramel/toffee smoothness, sweet tobacco and and some earthiness
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine dark fruity/caramel & woody sweetness; finishes with the caramel to dark fruity and subtle barrel sweetness
Texture: medium bodied, great sipper, good smoothness with a subtle tobacco/woody edged dryness
Overall: I swear I must have had this at the absolute perfect time as no barrel spice was detected.

Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness with some smoothness along the tongue; nice low carb and low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: a nicely done NEDIPA I would have again.

Aroma: orangey to grapefruity to lemony hop tones with a nice clean bready to semi-sweet wafer-like maltiness
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine bitter to bittersweet with more citrusy rind being tasted; finishes orangey/grapefruity with a touch of dryness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, good smoothness but some dryness in there too
Overall: nicely done NEPA worthy of coming back to.

Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine bitter to tart to bittersweet quality; finishes with the orange rind and passion fruit
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, light smoothness but a touch of hop heat
Overall: wonderful aromas and flavors! Get that hop heat cleaned up and this beer could be a real gem!

Appearance: amber to almost brown color with a sly transparency about it and less than a finger's worth of white foamy head which slid off delicately to leave some light lace
Aroma: powerful qualities of caramel & toffee with a light earthy/tobacco-like undertone balance with some grassy to floral hops
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine earthy sweet to toffee sweet quality; finishes semi-dry with the earthy to caramel tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, good as a sipper; some smoothness but also enough dryness to slow things down here
Overall: to me, I say this is a pretty nice English strong ale I would be willing to come back to. Glad to see a Vermont brewer brew this style.
