0.33 l bottle at Marko’s place, best before July 2017, thanks for sharing Adam! Slightly hazy, golden amber with a tan head. Fruity-grassy, slightly resiny aroma of grapefruit, mango, some honey and pine. Slightly bitter, grassy-fruity taste of mango, grapefruit, blood orange, some honey and pine, followed by a short, medium bitter, resiny finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice!

Bottle shared at the 2015 edition of the chriso Pre-GBBF tasting - London. Cheers! Pours hazy gold with a foamy, white head. Grainy aroma, with touches of hay and citrus rind. Medium sweet flavour with more pale grains, bitter rind and grass. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Dusty hops in the finish, some leaves, bread crust. So so.

Bottle shared at the 2015 edition of the chriso Pre-GBBF tasting - London. Cheers! Pours clear yellow-gold with a foamy, white head. The nose holds lightly faded pine needles, ripe citrus. Medium sweet flavour, piney, with crackery pale malts. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. More pine and crackers in the finish. Probably not as fresh as it ought to be. So so.

Coppery color, off-white head, good lasting and lacing. Aroma has resin hops, pine, orange. Flavor has a good bitterness, bitter orange notes, resins, mild maltiness. The final has a decent bitterness, fruity. Easy drinkable.

--- Beer merged from original tick of Dark Series: Black Saison on 18 May 2018 at 11:36 - Score: 6
