Voted the best Brazilian brewery of 2015, 2017 and 2018 by RateBeer (one of the largest beer evaluation sites in the world), Dogma emerged in 2015 through the friendship of three independent brewers, each with its own brand: Leonardo Satt, Prima Satt; Luciano Silva, from Noturna; and Bruno Moreno, from the Serra de Três Pontas.

Can pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice pine citrus hops and a bread malt. Tatse is more of the nice hop combo and a well balanced malt bill.

Bottle at Shelton Fest VIP bottle share. Pours a hazy yellow with small off white head. The aroma is floral and spruce. Medium body, grass, pine, lingering resin finish, very good.

Can 473ml. @ home. [ As Dogma Estigma ].Clear medium orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, pine, grapefruit, passion fruit, pineapple. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light heavy bitter with a long duration, pine, pineapple, passion fruit, fruity hops, citrus - grapefruit, sweet malt, pale malt. [5/14/17] Can in the line for Bokkereyder release at Mikkeller & Friends Bottle Shop in Copenhagen. Hazy golden. "Green" and fruity hops, yeast, dry, somewhat harsh bitterness.

Bottle at RB Best Festival, 31/01/16. Thanks. A dark black / caramel brown coloured pour with a frothy tan head. Aroma is smoked cacoa, earthy piney hops. Flavour si composed of caramel and cacoa, soft roasted barley, tangy fruit and pine. Hint of coconut. Palate is medium full bodied, moderate carbonation. Lingering bitter coffee roast.

Bottle pour at RB Best, 31/01/16. Black with a tan head. Nose is chocolate, roast malts, spice, dark fruit shreds. Taste comprises bitter roast, dark malts, cocoa nibs, charr, dates, stoned fruits, light black peppery spice. Medium + body, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a rising alcohol level. Steady enough Impy, masks the 12.5% well enough.

Bottle at Ratebeer Best. Pours a dark brown with no head. The aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, wood. Slick mouth feel, roast, cocoa, nuts, boozy finish, very good.
