Aroma is light to light moderate malty, caramel, wheat - rye, moderate yeasty, yeast. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, malty, nutty, burnt caramel notes. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft. Sehr milder Antrunk mit vereinzelten Malznoten, zu mild. Minimalst röstig, das Bier entwickelt sich nicht. Sehr leicht karamellig-süß im Abgang. Die Grundaromen sind ok, das Bier ist in seiner Gesamtheit aber zu mild. 11/7/8/7//7

Hefig-bananiger, etwas herber sowie säuerlicher Antrunk. Trocken, wenig hopfig, die Bananigkeit wird stärker. Die Herbe greift danach immer wieder aktiv ein. Nett, aber nicht wirklich toll. 12/8/9/8//8

Draught at the brewpub as Dunkles Landbier. Mild buttery aroma, slightly spicy. Cloudy red/brown colour. Roasted flavour, some caramel. Hint of diacetyl, but not as much as in the aroma.

Draught at the brewpub. Mild banana aroma. Cloudy dark yellow colour. Small stable white head. OK banana flavour with a little citrus. Standard German Hefeweizen.

Hazy pale yellow with a medium off white head. Sweet and yeasty aroma with plenty of banana and hints of wheat. Flavour had wheat, bananas and yeasty notes. Finished somewhat dry and banana like. Another awfull wheat.

Hazy amber with a medium off white to beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel and hints of grassy hops. Flavour had roasted malt, caramel and grassy hops. Finished fairly dry.

Reddish golden amber. Very toasty, breadcrusty aroma. Very breadcrusty palate with decent sugars and lots of toastiness. Good brew.
