From tap at Mout fest Arnhem 2018. Highly tropical aroma with tart mango, passion fruit, guava, and orange. Nice sourness, juicy fruits, soft wheaty grain. Medium body. Fitting beer for the tropical climate on the day of the festival. Total fruit takeover.

From tap at Mout fest Arnhem 2018. Rather herbal aroma with thyme, pale malt, lightly fruity and floral hops. Flavour is light in sweetness and bitterness. Body is medium. This is herbal dominance, but not bad, with lots of thyme.

From tap at Mout fest Arnhem 2018. Aroma is roasted malt with a formidable burning chipotle, barrel notes, some cognac, and lots of chocolate. Bittersweet flavour, full body. The chili burn is firm and relatively dominant. Good, but I can see why some would find the chipotle a bit much.

Bottle from De Bierliefhebber. Aroma is heavily peated with roasted malt, whiskey, oak, chocolate, booze, and ash. Flavour is sweet with a decent roasty bitterness and some warming alcohol. Body is medium to full, could have used a little extra substance to carry the aroma. Quite the peaty and boozy bastard, hardly balanced, pleasant to sip on though.
